POST MNP scenario in BSNL

Dear Comrades,

The MNP has already been launched on 20th Jan'10. There is a constant fear in the minds of employees of BSNL that Haryana experiment regarding MNP may be repeated in other circles. I request all to put figures of MNP both IN & OUT and the reasons related to their circles. This will help us to act fast and stop erosion of our esteemed subscribers.

    THIS IS NOT REG MNP
    THE NEWLY RECRUITED DR JTO'S WERE BEING DEMOTIVTED WITH THE DIFFERENCES IN THE PAY SCALE OF SAME CADRE WHO JOINED IN 2007. IS ANY UNION FIGHTING ON THIS ANAMOLY.

    FROM A LONG TIME UNIONS ARE FIGHTING ON THIS ISSUE . BUT TILL NOW NO SOLUTION. THIS DELAY LEADING TO DOUBT THAT UNIONS ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF DR JTO'S

    ITS too will be cheated by Govt. in the same way as they cheated all employees of BSNL. This is because Govt. can't accommodate 2000 such officers who are...

    No PSU can run in profit just by the officers, it's future depends on the new recruited young bloods, but in this unique department, there is no provision for the bright future of new comers like JTOs and TTAs. All are frustrated and not willing to work as neither unions nor management want to think for them. All old persons are counting their age for retirement and unions are doing part time job.

    It is not exactly what Mr.Shahnawaz said. His first sentence is 100% correct. Because in new world of competition if you have very brilliant new rectruited young blood as said by Mr.Shahnawaz nothing will happen when govt. is pulling your leg and asking us to compete with PVT Operators. Govt should give full autonomy with quick decision making to the PSUs. Otherwise it will be like you are having gun but not bullets and you are being asked to fight the enemy. Govt has no will power to run PSUs. but to bring down the Govt.Dept. simply blaming their old staff and praising the new blood.
